Install EMC WhatsApp.
Connect your corporate phones.
Install as a Bitrix24 administrator. Have the authorised corporate phone ready for QR pairing. Your portal must support REST applications and CRM contact/deal placements.
Install from Bitrix24 Market
The listing is being prepared for review. During review, use the private installation link provided by EMCsoft. For access, contact support@emcsoft.io. Public availability follows approval.
- Open EMC WhatsApp in your portal’s Market and choose Install. Review CRM, placement and user identification permissions.
- Enter your first name, last name, work email and telephone number. Read the Privacy Policy and accept the EULA. These contacts are used for installation support, not marketing.
- Choose Install EMC WhatsApp and wait for registration of the CRM tabs. Open the app from the portal menu.
Connect a phone
- Open Settings as an administrator and add a named connection.
- Select the Phone user and Superviser user with the native Bitrix24 employee picker. The same person may fill both roles.
- On the authorised corporate phone, open WhatsApp → Linked devices → Link a device. Scan the QR code shown for this connection. Keep the QR private.
- Wait for Connected and initial synchronisation. Open a contact or deal’s EMC WhatsApp tab. Current shows telephone matches; All shows every permitted conversation.
Who can access conversations?
Administrators manage connections. Supervisers can read and send through their assigned connections. The Phone user role alone does not grant application access. CRM matching uses the viewing employee’s permissions.
Troubleshooting
No conversation under Current
Check that the CRM record has a telephone number with its country code. For deals, check the attached contacts. Confirm that the connection is accessible and history has synchronised. Group membership does not count as a direct telephone match.
Disconnected or logged out
Ask an administrator to check the connection and, if necessary, reconnect using a new QR code. A phone that revoked its linked device must authorise it again.
Message outcome unknown
Check the conversation on the linked phone before sending again. The application does not automatically repeat an uncertain send. Sent is not a guarantee of delivery or reading.
Unavailable attachment
Historical files may no longer be downloadable from WhatsApp. Ask the sender to share the file again if appropriate. Supported uploads are limited to one image, video, audio or PDF per send, up to 20 MB.
Removal and retained data
Deleting a connection removes its stored conversations and files after confirmation; it does not erase messages from the phone. Uninstalling the app disables access and removes authentication/session credentials, but does not automatically delete the message archive. Contact support about deletion of retained data.
Local installations
Existing local installations continue using their configured backend and credentials. The Market version does not automatically migrate local connections. Contact support before replacing a working installation.
